May 2007 ::. Independent Printing forms a new Digital Services Division.
A Kodak NexPress 2500 was installed in May 2007 for the purpose of opening up the relevant marketing arena to customers with short-run, variable print pieces and direct mail campaigns. After months of research, the Kodak solution was deemed the best option as it provided the highest image quality, the widest variety of approved substrates and the most accommodating maintenance model.
September 2007 ::. BlueDog Digital hits the road in Central WI familiarizing customers with our new relevant marketing services and print capabilities.
The benefits of economical, static short-runs, web-to-print document stores and one-to-one relevant communications that use cross-media communications and personalized websites were addressed.
The Central WI trek was so well-received, additional breakfast/luncheon meetings were held in the Green Bay and Fox Valley areas in December. All events were well-attended by prospects and customers.
November 2007 ::. BlueDog Digital Barks Up Its Own Tree.
BlueDog Digital recently completed its own direct mail campaign, introducing our new division and relevant marketing services to over 1000 prospects statewide. The campaign, which involved direct mail and personalized URLS (PURLS) boasted a 11.7% response rate. (According to “The Direct Marketing Association 2006 Response Rate Report" – 2.62% is the average response rate for direct mail.)
